Selangor SME Digitalisation Matching Grant

The Selangor state government offer grant for SMEs digitalisation, local Selangor SMEs can enjoy up to 50% or RM 5,000 of rebate on a total spend of RM10,000 when they adopt digitalisation measures in business operations.

The grant – worth a total of RM5 million – aims to help Selangor SMEs to digitalise their businesses.

Eligibility criteria for SMEs:

  • Registered under the relevant laws of Malaysia.
  • Business address or operation address registered in Selangor only.
  • Required to have a minimum annual sales turnover of RM300,000
    and not exceeding RM1 million.
  • Must be at least 51% owned by Malaysians.
  • In operation for at least 1 year.
  • Limited to one (1) application per company only. However, SMEs are allowed to apply to up to three (3) digital services with one (1) or more service providers that are endorsed by Sidec.

Sdn Bhd Company

  • Copy of MyKad.
  • Copy of business registration licenses (CCM, Form A/B, Form 24 & 49 and M&A or any similar forms under the Companies Act 2016).
  • Utilities bill.
  • Audited financial statement for the last financial year or the latest management accounts.
  • Company’s bank statement for the last two (2) months.
  • Company’s profile
  • Proforma invoice / invoice from authorised DSPs listed by Sidec.
  •  Declaration form.
 
Sole Proprietorship
 
  • Copy of MyKad.
  • Copy of business registration licenses (CCM, Form 9 or any similar forms under the Companies Act 2016A).
  • Utilities bill.
  • Audited financial statement for the last financial year or the latest management account (if any).
  • Company’s bank statement for the last six (6) months.
  • Company’s profile.
  • Proforma invoice / invoice from authorised DSPs listed by Sidec.
  •  Declaration form.
